Been fishing Lewisville in the last wk, fished up Doe Creek, moving water, used cut shad and Danny Punch bait, had pretty good luck, caught a blue that went 18, several smaller ones. water was 2 - 6ft deep. Use care if you go or your boat will be in the shop.

I've been going to Lavon but the Doe branch (whatever it's called) single lane boat ramp 2 miles south of us380 is 15 miles closer to my house. I've only caught 4-5 pounders within a mile of that ramp with the exception of a 21 pounder this last weds. morning at 1am in 6 feet of water on shrimp.

If theres a creek near there I haven't ran across it yet. Not to hijack the thread but where are all the boat ramps on Lewisville. I'd like to try my hand at some deeper water soon.

    Thanks,
    Kerry
