Fished Hudson Saturday October the 8th. Used cut shad and fished near the dam. Tried fishing the main channel and drifting the flat off the channel with jugs. Never caught a fish above 48ft. All the fish came from the main channel. Fished 8:00am till 5:00pm and ended up with 30 cats 2lb to 5lb.

    Hey Skeeter-

Good to see your still breathing. I had hoped that you could have stopped by the Okla Wildlife Federation booth at the EXPO in August. I had wanted to visit with you in the flesh. It is getting cool enough for the walleye to start feeding shallow and the cats are up shallow at night too.

A friend of mine fished Hudson this past Saturday and had a pretty good day. Nothing outstanding but they had fun.

    Hey Catman

That ended up being a bad weekend. One of my friends had the nerve to get married that weekend and it jacked up everything.
If the catfish are coming up shallow at night then it sounds like it might be time for a night trip to a shallow cove out at Arcadia. Thanks for the update!
