Went out tonight after the storms past for a few hours. Didn't do to bad managed a few channels on herring and one good flat head at 29lbs on a bream head. All were in less than 5ft of water. It was cool with the flat head because all he could do was run side to side.

Congrats on the flathead! I went out Friday night (the 8th) and managed only gar (hate those things). Was using cut shad and bream as well. Fishing anywhere from 7 ft to 20 ft. The shallower we got the more gar we got into. Hopefully gonna try again later in the week.

In the back of 23 mile creek. If you havn't been back in there be careful there is some really shallow places and a few stumps.

Alot of people call it Three and Twenty I just call it what the map and bouys call it. IF your coming from Anderson across the double bridges on 24 look towards your right about 2 o'clock. Thats the entrance.
