lake greenwood

    gonna try to head to lake greenwood this weekend. it will be my first time there was wondering where is a good place to start fishing for cat's and what bait is best used on that lake.

    Rich i usaully fish the rivers and the major creeks,shrimp and cutbait works good for me.i drift 95 % of the time.i like to cover a lot of water to find the active fish.then fine tune the drifts.hope this helps good luck

    Try fishing the humps and flats between the Hwy 72 bridge (at the Subway) and Lake Greenwood State Park. Like Cutbait said, use shrimp and cut bait (bream and white perch) and see if that produces for you. Best of luck to you!
