I havnt been out fishing for a couple months cause I been to busy. I caught some bait and went out the other evening. Went to my usual spots and had No luck. Where do all the cats go when the water gets this warm? Anyone on here fish Granbury?

hey keith its not because of the heat at pk granbury and lake whitney they have all had a golden algae bloom this year and all the fish are going up or down river whichever they can to get to fresh water that will sustain life

I'm on this lake all the time. I have not seen any algae problem at all here. I know PK had a problem but I havnt seen any here. The fish are hiding SOMEWHERE, I just got to find them!

granbury has the golden algae problem its just not near as bad as it is in pk as i'm sure you have noticed your best bet is to make the treck up river or down river thats where the majority of fish should be holding right now
