Well as I'm sure many of you know, Lake Erie holds some tremendous smallmouth and wonderful fishing for these brutes. I unfortunatley did not have a ways to a means until recently gaining access to a boat. Just wanted to share a couple pictures of the trip. We fished the bay on Sunday, June 6th and landed quite a few bass, the biggest being a 4.5 pound, 19.5 inch smallie.

Those are some nice, healthy smallies you got there, congrats. We caught some nice ones a few years back up in Door County, Wisconsin on Lake Michigan. One was about 20", 4lbs. I do a lot of smallie fishing in small creeks around here, they are a lot of fun.

i love smallies. smallie fishing all day then cats at night. the delaware river has alot of nice fish and its only getting better. last year my largest was a 19" in the fall but i lost 2 or 3 like 2 weeks ago that would have proably broken the 20 inch mark. cant wait till they really turn on!
