Welcome to the BOC David! I'm in Michigan now but I just got back from SA a couple of months ago. I didn't get around to fishing Calavaras when I was there but I did go to Braunig Lake.

David welcome to the BOC sounds like you had a good day there. Did you catch any with size?

we caught two 3 pounders, the rest were about 14-16 inches, got out there and forgot my ruler, had to use my size 13 boot, figured that would also be a good excuse if a gamewarden stopped me.

    Welcome David,
Braunig is at least half the size of Cali, but I think it's closer to a 3rd the size. I'll send you a link to a map service so you can compare them.
