Lake Badin

    got a question. i heard that badin is not allowing fishing right now because something is wrong with the water. does anyone have any info on that?

    Darin, I haven't heard anything about Badin being closed to fishing. (I also did a Google search after reading your post, nothing came up regarding that.)

    However, I HAVE seen many news reports lately about the high PCB levels in the fish caught there. First it was, do not eat catfish and large mouth bass.....now I've read don't eat ANY of the fish from Badin.

    No, you can fish it. They are just saying that largemouth bass and catfish have high levels of pcb's and they don't advise eating them. Fish away!
