I dont know if anyone else is doen this. I scale common carp and buff fish, but big heads I dont bother. I make 2 to 4 laterl cuts down to the bone from the head to the tail then make cross cuts every 1 1/2 to 2 inches. then fillet the cubes off the fish. Presto bait cubed and ready for the bag. When I am done I got a fish that is nuthen but bones and big rib bones. Found it saves on the knife edeges and is a lot faster. Cut my bait dressen time in half. To make big strips cross cut every 8 inchs do the same.
