Keep your bait on the hook

    If you are making your own bait and want it to stay on try using elbow macaroni.
    Just boil some elbow macaroni and strain it, dump it on a smooth surface, (I use a large plastic cuttin board) then using a old style potato masher add your favorite ingredients. You can use corn meal, wheat germ, etc. I use spam and wheat germ, and experiment with flavoring - Jello, spices, whatever.

    If you fish in a lake, pond or slow current you won't even need a sinker.

    i think the macaroni wood make it thicker & pastier going to try it
