I need something to protect my keel when I go out in the boat I have a fiberglass tri hull and where I fish there are no docks or piers to tie up to so I have to slide up on the bank. With that said I read a liitle on the keelshield and it stated that if you have center rollers a keelshield is not a good choice I guess the rollers in the middle are hard on the shield? Any help or advice will be appreciated Thanks P.S. I hope I put this in the right area

Ted, I have a keelgaurd brand on my boat, and no problems due to the center rollers. Have not used a Keelshield but they are of comparable quality and warranty.
Cut the keelgaurd on rock back in the spring, after a email, Keelgaurd had new one delivered in less than a week and that included the weekend. In my o0pinion you couldn't go wrong with either one.
