KDWP help

    I am trying to figure out whether illuminated reticle for a rifle scope would be legal to use in Kansas, I have looked around and can't find anything yet. I would have to buy the scope and come to find out that its illegal to use.

    Chris, I am not familiar with that kind of sight, but, the KDWP says , "It is legal to use lighted pin sights, dot sights, holographic sights, optical scopes, and range finders is the systems do not project visible light towards the targewt and do not electrically amplify light. Laser sights and night scopes ar prohibited", 2007 regs book page 14. Hope this helps.

    That answers my question, I had a hard time looking at the KDWP website last night. The site was slow on my computer.
