any good bank access in or around topeka? till i get a boat im restricted to the bank and the lakes are to high for me to go and i dont wanna hit a spillway, especially with no water comin out, and i aint been here but 3 weeks total and dont know the area too well yet

Jeff you need to hook up with JJ...He's a river rat and has been doing pretty good
out there.

Do you know where the new ramps are on the river across from the water treatment
plant is? There's been some nice flats caught there this year already.
