Didnt do to bad but could have done better. Caught 3 channels and 2 baby flats. All on warmouths. Believe the big ones are on Spawn but not real shore. Did hook one and broke it off on a snag but thats fishing at its best. Kanawha River was where we were at in Mason Co.

driving towards winfeild on rt 35 theres the river view bait shop or something like that. Straight across the river there is a little drainage pipe that allows water into the river, come off the bank 30 feet and go downriver like 20-40 ft. use to be alittle flat about 40 ft long. bWe have hung many cats over 40 a few at the 50-60 lb range. If you have a boat or want more places i use to fish on the kanwha PM me...

Have you guys been catching any skips or shad in the river below the Winfield dam?
