I've been missing alot of fish since switching to circles, can't seem to not set the hook! And even when I don't set the hook I seem to miss them, so IO switched to the kahle hook. Do I have to set the hook with these hooks or is it like the circle hook where you you just reel down to them?

A kahle hook can be fished either way, I am a hook setter also. If the fish are hitting hard they will self set , if not you need to set it.

I like using the kahle hooks so I can set the hook especially when in smaller eating size cats.

I like the King Kahles , as mentioned earlier, you can set the hook, or the fish can set the hook.. I use them in 7/0-10/0
Octapus Hooks in 7/0 work well for me, If I'm using smaller baits. Can set those also..
