My buddy Fernando and I had a great night of fishing with Monsta-Missouri.... They left about 8ish and Phu, Mickey and his other brother Tron came out.

We had a HOT bite tonight... We were at the bridge you all turned on to meet up on 2nd nite of gathering. Im not sure what Jon and Missouri caught... I think Jon had 2 cats and his wife caught a bass ( so she claims ) I believe...

We caught about 20-25+ cats after they left... Size was nice on them....

I caught 4-5 on my tiny Crappie pole with 4lb test on it and a few other nice ones on other pole... Was fun reeling them in , had to be careful with them... Everyone left catching at least 1 fish....

Always fun fishing with good friends , a hot bite and cold beer!!!

Thanks for the report. I went to the childrens canser walk at Marine World yesterday my six year old granddougther Megan is a cancer survivor. Eight months cancer free. I am taking my eight year old grandson/buddy Mikey fishing on cottonwood rd Tuesday. Full moon baby!

thanx robb went to the pipe last nite i didnt remember the spot as the pipe i havent stop there in many moons growin up we knew it as the power pole caught 3 cats what i beleive to be about 2lbs, heres 1 of them i had to bring 1 home promised to mother in law other two went back

Glen, it is much more fun using the lil pole than big monsta poles at the canal... Makes you be real careful.... Instead of just over powering them with equipment.... HAHAHA, would suck if I hooked onto another 16 lber with the lil think though.....

yeah russ you will notice i only have 1 big stick the rest of my equipment is all light action poles and yeah i did get one broke a couple days ago at the slough and yep it sucked but like i said i do like the fight:Happy:

Monsta poles are only to big antill you need them. but i sure do like fishing with those ultra lights.
