    i see you have a problem finding certain things to make some of the mexican delicacies
    BARBACOA is the name of this dish

    buy a beef cheeck at your local walmart or slaughter house



    1.beef cheeck whole
    2. clean with water
    3. put in crock pot
    4. cook for 8 hrs on slow or untill meat falls apart
    5. remove quickly from the water as it will contain all the oil and if it cools down will give a chalky taste to your meat
    dice and chop meat up along with remaining fat and anything else in there grissle
    6 .cilantro,onion,tomatoe,and favorite salsa wrapped in your favorite tort.

    Better yet buy the whole head,wrap it in a burlap sack & foil, dig a 4ft hole, put in your coals from a good fire,cover it up, let it sit bout 6 hours over night, dig it out and let it fall off the bone.....yum

    yup this is good me and my dad used to do this once a year and you can also do it in a big pot like the kind my mom used for tomales
