    I didnt know where to put this but i've never had any complaints about thier products before but now after dealing with them one on one over the phone over a damaged shipment i am sorry to say they have horrible customer service and seem like they could care less about customers. I had ordered several jars of dip baits and some terminal tackle from them and when i got the package it was in perfect shape, but when i opened it, one of the jars was totally crushed and it was dried out. Its been at least a month now after speaking with them about it on the phone and i have not gotten a package or even a reply e-mail from them. Has anyone else had to deal with these people before? I was wanting to order large quantities of products from them but i highly doubt i can trust them now...:angry:

    Ok nevermind, i just got off the horn with the actual owner of the company and he fixed things right up.
