well i havnt wet a line so far in june

I have been workin on the house and doing odds and ends and spending time with my son

I just havent been feeling like going fishing! I got a little wore out on it. I dont think i missed but maybe a few weekends from march of last year until may of this year. I got all my gear ready though. Gotta go to my sisters graduation party, fathersday, and then the BBQ to finish out this month! Next month im gonna have to hit hard, it about time for another fish fry!

We fished up on Truman in what whould be a field if the water was down. We were using Secret 7 and Wild Wolf dip bait worms, just to see how many channels we could catch. We caught a bunch, and four blues , two of about 8 pounds. Other half cleaned 20 of the channels and he said only one had eggs, and most were well fed with what looke like turnip greens.

I have the Mo river I now have mooneye Fri night I am after em. Done got a nice 30 flat now I am goen RR for the big blues I need to get a 50+ to the boat to remeind me what a blue is lol. Got to get out of this 15lb blue bracket I been in since I came home from CAL June 1.
