Another good night of jugging on Sinclair - 29 cats and we were leaving by sunrise. The second fish of the night was a seventeen pounder! That's my record cat. One 8 lber, a couple of 5 lbers. I've been using cut mullet in addition to my usual cut shad because the shad have been harder for me to locate lately. The mullet has been doing well - I may switch to avoid throwing the cast net so much.

The cooler weather makes it a good time to head out, set some jugs, and enjoy some good times on the water with you family!

"...I was a 35 year old kid when I got introduced to jugging...."

I learned as a kid paddling around in an inflatable boat in a cove.

It is a lot easier as an adult with a motorized boat!! :smile2:
