Well last time it was Annies P.B. Channel Cat. I took her brother Josiah this time and he got his P.B. We fished the same way, Green Sunfish on a Fat Kat Bobber. It took four hours till we got any bites, but well worth the wait. The kid has patients. He actually had a double, the picture is of the largest, a 7.1 lbr. shortley after I caught a 9.0 lbr. All were CPRd. Now there is one more boy to get out there and get his first catfish and new P.B. Then we will have a trifecta of new P.B.s in the family.

    Very nice cat.

I gotta ask though...........What is a cat bobber? I keep hearing it mentioned but I don't know what it is.

Your doing a fine job of setting an exemplary example for the rest of us to follow, as well as your kids.

Tell him congrats. Always fun puttin someone on their pb.
I took a friend of mine down there today and he got a 17 lber. 14 lbs bigger than his previous pb. It was a blast to watch him bring it in.
10 lb line too. I think he will beef up the tackle a little now knowing how powerful they are first hand.:smile2:
Great thing to take someone out fishin.

We were using green sunfish about 3 miles upstream from the "ramp". :confused2::smile2:
Fished on the bottom. 7-10 foot of water.
Couple of spots I thought about using a bobber, but I was too lazy to rig one up.:sad2::smile2:
