Jan/05/09: A TV Show called Adrenaline Adventures TV came to Santee and filmed a TV Show with me. It was foggy and hot most of the morning with water temps at 57 degrees. I found the fish up top of a 25-foot deep hill falling off into 50 foot of water and NO WIND. I set up and started Back Trolling pulling my baits across the hilltop heading for the deep water. The first 5 fish in 45 minutes weighted from 20-44 lbs. We fished all day to see what we could do with the fish and the weather turned against us. Fog broke with high bluebird skies. Boy I hate that for fishing! Rising Barometric pressure sure makes for a tuffff day of fishing. I pulled it off. We ended the days with 17 fish weighted 289 lbs total. We had 7 fish from 20-44 lb all blues with 1 channel catfish.
Watch for this tv show. It will be a good one. We caught a lot of fish that is reality of what Santee can produce. The last tv show we did 4 weeks ago had a 96.4 lb blue. We don’t get those everyday so this well be a lot better tv show that want build faults hopes.
Here are pictures of the Adrenaline Adventure TV Show Host and crew.
    Thanks for coming.
Since Jan/1/09 till Jan/5/09 we fished 5 days. I weight and record my fish everyday. Since the first of the year we have caught and weighted 1,818 lbs of fish so far. We starting out good so lets see were it goes this year.
