The guides that fish all the time are catching them pretty good. No huge 10 big fish days but plenty of 3-5 citation days. I am still waiting on the sidelines for the water to cool down. Going to catch a mess of spots in the Rappahannock on Sunday I think.

I hear alot that 55 degree water is the magic number. See alot of good results in late Oct, Nov, Dec. But I prefer Jan - Mar as my favorite months.

On the money and you might want to throw in the first two weeks of April.

(I like catching Stripers and Hickory Shad at the same time as the big Cat bite.)
