I stopped through this week to get my small boat. Was very windy out Wednesday when I took the boat out to test run. Main channel was 52.4 at Dutch Gap and 54.6 in the barge Pitts. A few shad have made it to Richmond. Saw a few people reel some in while stopping by Ancarrows and caught one myself. They weren't in there deep yet. Maybe another week or so.
