My brother and I got out early Sunday. We found bait in front of Deep Bottom ,,It was kinda scattered ,,mostly half sized with a few cutters in the mix ,.We got enough to hold us so we ran to the first hole and we were fishing by 7;00 AMBy 7:30 we got the first huge pull down and Wade locked hornes with his first James River Monster. In the net and on the scales 54 Lbs.Second hole scratch,Third holeI got a 31 lb Blue. We lost a god one downriver on the tide change. There is a 20 somethigg carring one of my gama 8/0 circles for a lip ring.Good day and the weather guesser missed again.

Thats some fine fish you caught there. I am trying to get something together to make a trip up there and fish the James. Hopefully I'll get up there before to long.

Glad to see they are still biting on the James. Not been on the BOC in a good while. Glad to see it's still going good.

we fish below 295 bridge mostly, We have found big fish upriver. If i can catch the tide just right. I perfer to fish the incomeing tide.

Mr.Catfish can feed anytime it suits him, so the best time to be there is when he is hungry.

Someone told me they have cabled off the access to the sprinklers now so that you cannot get to them.
