Well locked through the dam around 7 am this morning and they was running around 12000 cfs, and we didnt get a bite , so we motored down river about 3 miles and the same story - nadda. so we went back to the dam to see if it changed any and it did , Completly shut down , no flow at all so we locked back through and went to a hole i knew about and managed one blue about 3 lbs , but that was it for the day and we headed home. But still a nice day out on the river

The way I figure it is some days ya hit the jackpot and get new personal bests and some days ya get a nice mess to fry....But on most days ya are just practicing for the next jackpot. Glad the weather turned out so nice for ya Robert. It was a beautiful day

I love taking him out I just had to hold on to the rod with one hand & his Lifejacket with the other while he cranked on him. It was realy amusing!
