    Nice fish.
Timing and location ALWAYS trump presentation. Glad to see you put it back alive, that's a breeder.

congrats on the PB, the last couple times out the bigger fish of the nite were caught on cut, and i normally only use live, the cut seemed to work better in a stained and high river

Hello Garen and a belated welcome to the BOC and what a way to come on board. Congrats on the flattie and that's a certified hawg in my book. With results like that the only thing I can say about bait is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Stay safe and keep sticking 'em!!!

The bait was about 3 feet under the bobber in about 5-6 feet of water. I was about 10 feet in front of some willows that were sagging into the water at the shoreline. He went 24 lbs BTW, forgot to mention that earlier:roll_eyes:.
