Went out ice fishing today with my two youngest daughters. I hope that their future husbands are tough because they won't be settling for no wimps! We fished for about 3 1/2 hours and caught 6 Largemouth Bass and 13 Bluegills. The temp. was 21* and the the wind was blowing pretty steady. Tough to keep the fingers warm! Photos attached.

Dont forget that when they get older that they will still need to get outdoors with their dad. Its the best time to talk to your parents

Scott you are a good Dad, They will remember things, like this fishing trip with their Dad, and when they get older that will make good parents out of them. And that is what it's all about. Looks like you guys had a great day.

Nothing like those memory moments, with your kids. Looks like they enjoyed it as much as you. I started my kids at about 5 years old. Thanks for sharing with us Scott. You bring back good memories.

Looks like you're raising those girls right! Congratulations on the fish, and on the pretty young ladies you have there.

I used to d a bit of ice fishing in RI in high school (really just an excuse to get out and hang around a camp fire for a bit). Never caught much.

Fortunately, here in SC I can fish 12 months a year without having to worry about chopping a hole to get at the water!
