I think I need a new bow

    I have a 3 year old Hoyt that works prefect fits me very well, but I think my toy box needs to be refilled. I really don't guess I need one but need has nothing to do with it I WANT A NEW ONE!!!!

    go with the new hoyt x-tex with the cam and a half system cant beat it although you will spend alot of money.i have one and i love mine.

    martin makes good relatively inexpensive bows. they also shoot very well.

    High Country makes a real nice bow. I think they are the only one to make there riser out of military grade carbon. With carbon the advantage is it is lighter and stronger. It is also less affected by the tempatures. So it wont get as cold as aluminum when you are hunting.:big_smile:

    I thank you guys for the information, but if I get a new one it will be another Hoyt, this is the 3rd one and in 12 years no problems. Can't beat that.

    you can try a reflex buckskin or super slam also. i shoot a buckskin it does well for me and i think they are made from hoyt just a little cheaper.
