Even if it takes ya away from the BOC a little, ya gotta do what ya gotta do, bud. No worries. And yeah, it's where a lot of people come for support as well as give it. Which I appreciate very much, as well. Best of wishes to ya.

Look at it this way when you get all stressed out with school work and study you can get on the BOC and kick back for some R&R to help calm your nerves .What are you studying for anyway ?Maybe you said and I overlooked it.Prayers said and best of luck

Congrats and good luck, Rob. I'm also wanting to go back to school. I have to wait until I finish court up with the ex. I get a little nervous when I think about it. It's been 17 years since graduation. But I really want to do this for myself and my kids.

Good luck, Rob. I'll say a prayer for you and you have my support.

Hey Rob, it's easier when you're older! Maybe because you're more interested in studying than partying? The VA offered to send me back to school, and I ended up getting a 2nd degree 25 years after the first one. My wife, who had attended college for a year, went back at the same time and got her degree, too.

:0a27: jtrew has a good point!

I guest when you are older - and have been exposed to the "Real World" - you have a family that cares for you, that you also take care of - and is depending on you - you will be more into it and you will pay more attention. So studying becomes no problem for you.

Good Luck in school...I started back this past spring semester. It is definately alot of work, especially while working a full time & also a part-time job. I am going for a 2-yr Nursing degree but I figure it will take me about 4-5 years to do it, but it will pay off in the long run!

    Good Luck to ya!
