between the spawn and river conditions you just have to expect this, might need to make a trip to a lake here in missouri.

That is why they call it fishing NOT catching,wish I had that problem!!!!! at lease you are going!!!!!! do you fish below Clarksville dam #24 ,I have had good luck on east side at the front of clarksville island. with high water no problem with hitting stuff,there are several deverter dikes ond east side at front of island. should be some flatheads on logs and dikes on back side of island all the way to the end. at the end of island should be a hole with some slack water ,fish the seams and next to bank at low light.fish should use the seams like a hiway blues & flatties, just remember fish can't get out of the water:Happy:.
