Humminbird Matrix 67 Thoughts / Opinions

    Anybody know anything about this specific unit? I have a chance to pick up a new (in the box) Humminbird Matrix 67 black & white Fish finder / GPS trackplotter for $200. Originally $499.00. Seems like a good deal, but this is a discontinued unit (last year made 2005). It was lost on a shelf at Gander Mountain for years & they just pulled it out thus the deep discount. It is old enough that I can't find much for reviews.

    Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these. It has a slot for the MMC memory card (it uses Navonics Gold or Hotspots MMC cards only) any thoughts on those cards/maps?

    Here are some other specs: power 500 Watts (RMS) 4000 Watts (peak to peak) Target separaration 2 1/2 inches. LCD 640V x 320H. I'm a little leary of a unit this old so any feedback would be helpful.

    I googled that model and found the book for it, here ya go

    on another site its says Hummingbird replaced that model with 767
    Hope it helps you out some, looks like a smokin deal I'd take it!
