Hey y'all I might be going to one of these lake's Thursday night with rcbbracing (DAVE) for some Flathead's and channel cat's and was wondering how the lake's were doing for big fish? Took my wife and kid's to Tappan last week to see the firework's and do some fishing and my wife nailed a solid 6lb channel cat on a shad head and a 6/0 circle hook she was pumped we were supposed to stay all night and i was gonna try to get her to tie into her first Flathead ever but the forecast called for storms moving in and we didn't want to get caught in it with the girl's and have the sh&* scared outta them like that so we left around 1am with no taker's on my flatty pole's i have a spot on one of these lake's that last year produced a flathead every time were were there but the avg. size for the yr was 20lbs and i want another 4olb plus so i'm stuck in a rut do i fish a new spot a found last weekend or do i got to Clendening and fish a spot i know should produce at least 1 flatty but not sure if the avg. size will be the same as last yr? I would like to get some Bullhead's before this trip and some BIG sucker's in the 15 to 22in range but i don't know if Dave will be able to get any in time ? Any info would help and if someone would like to join us if this trip is possible please post on hear and we will see bought meting up together..... thank you ........Sniper
