This works really well for me when i run out of propane and or batteries for fishing at night.

Ive found that the best way to do this is with a tuna fish can, wax, and cardboard.

    TUNA FISH CAN:

First you dig around in your recycling bin and find an old tuna fish can and or soup can. Then you look for some cardboar and cut it flush with the top of the can. After that roll it into a spiral and set it inside the can. Look around your house for an old candle and get 2 pots one bigger than the other. Put the smaller pot inside the bigger pot and boil water under the smaller one. put the wax inside let it melt. pour the wax over the cardboard that is in the can make sure that it fills up pretty high. It will burn for a few hours if you do it right.

I hope that this little stove/light will come in handy to some of you!

Tomcat85, how do you get it started burning? Do you use a wick of some sort?

the cardboard is the wick you roll the cardboard into a spiral and it will burn for a pretty darn long time. if you need a drawing i could do that for ya!
