How Do You Like Your Steak?

    This is just to see how everyone likes there steaks. We was in chat room and few people was talking bout steaks some said medium some said JERKY. So I figured we find out what everyone thinks.:eek:oooh:

    I like them fixed different ways, sometimes well done, sometimes med.

    Thaw it out, warm it on the grill, and throw some TSS Herbal Red and TSS Rattlesnake Dust on it.

    Dont get any better then that.

    I'm with BG on this one.
    Knock the horns off, wipe it's butt, grill each side for 1 minute and, throw it on a plate, when I stick it with a fork I want it to go Mooo, YUMMM YUMMM!!!!

    cover in fajitas seasoning, soak in Worchersire sauce, grill until slightly pink inside.... Serve with Fresh salad with homemade Ranch Dressing, fresh rolls, bake tater, Fresh Green Beans and/or Fresh corn on the cob... Sit back and eat like a king :big_smile:

    I tried some Jack Daniels Marinate sauce. That works pretty good, but you dont taste the steak.

    Medium for ribeye.
    Medium rare for sirloin.

    I like mine medium rare to medium (depends on whos med rare it is) I dont like it that a good vet could have it running around again. my wife and grandmother in law like theirs shoe leather done.

    I like my steaks with salt, pepper, and a little garlic and onion powder. Medium. Just a slightly pink center. My wife likes hers BROWN, so, I cook hers until medium-rare, then I wrap it with foil for a few more mins so that the juices will make it appear BROWN inside.

    Thanks everyone for the info I like mine med-rare. But we was talking and I said hmm good idea for a post just to see how everyone is different when comes to steak. Also if the steak is to tough to cut with a hacksaw its JERKY (RUINED).:smile2:
