hook sizes

    I use circles ,kahles, and j- hooks in sizes 3/0 to 9/0.

    Welcome to the BOC Chris .. great site .. as for hook size id prob have to say 8/0 is the most common.

    I'm currently using 8/0 circles & 10/0 octopus hooks.

    Me, like to use 3/0 to 4/0 kahles. But in some cases i will use other types of hooks for different types of bait.:big_smile_2:

    What is a good type/size to use for trotlines with live/cut bait I was thinking #9 circles but figured i'd get some opinions. also would use use the same size for just tightlining.

    I use 5/0 and 8/0 Circles.
