well, it ain't rained in 3 weeks until today. i am sitting on a jackup drilling rig 45 miles north of Cuidad del Carmen Mexico. today is going home day, but we just had a northern blow in around midnight. the seas are kickin' at about 15 foot. the docks are shut down because of flooding. and the forcast at the beach where the choppers are ain't good at all. so.........

EVERYONE WISH ME GOOD LUCK ON GETTING HOME.

28 DAYS OF EATING CHICKEN AND BURRO IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ANY COUNTRY BOY FROM LOUISIANA CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the words of encouragement. Unfortunately the Big Man upstairs decided the mexicans needed cool north winds and rain worse than i needed to go home. instead of being home tonight, it looks like Sunday night at the earliest. better late than never!
