The hogs are on the move right before dark. I killed one about 8:30pm but saw about 15. There are signs of them all over, rootings.

Does all the rain you been getting make them move more then when it's dry?? Just curious. I come down and hunt with a buddy of mine around Cuero and Victoria every year or two.

I have so many hogs here wet are dry does not matter. Moon phase and time of the year has a lot to do with were and what time of the day, night they are feeding. Certain areas of my place will be visited at certain times of the year. One pasture will be visited early spring only, to give you an example. I am sure it is worms or some kind of grass root that accures in the spring.
    Good hunting!
