Went out tonight to Hillsdale for a few hours of drifting, in deep channel (34-38 ft), caught one about five minutes into it, then 30 minutes another one about the same size, a little fatter. Caught on frozen 6-8" shad w/ the tails cut off. Rigged with a bobber keeping it about 3-4 ft. off the bottom. Water temp was 57 where I was fishing. Descent night, going back out there in a few hours for some early morning duck hunting!!! I'll post those results in the appropriate thread..
