hopefully this will be my new hidding place in about a week and a half.
Son is buying it and guess who gets to take care of it maintance Etc.But I get to use it so not a bad deal. Not on the water but can use peoples dock and boat ramp accross the road. Buying it from them. They sign the papers this Sat and hopefully will be in it by the next wekend. Want to paint outside and a few other things. Nothing real big.

You might be a redneck, if you live in a deer stand.

I'm guessing that it's in a flood prone area?

That looks like a really nice place. With any luck, maintenance will be straightforward.

John Congrats on the new place. Don't go walking around upstairs in the dark. It's a long way to the ground.
