    Man you ought to been able to load up on spiny dogfish(shark look alike). They will bite anything you put down there. Let us know some more details next time you go and should be able to help you some.

    Sounds like you are talking about what the locals call the Grillage (Sort of behind Ft Moultrie, but out a bit). There are a lot of sharks in there in warmer months. Everything is pretty tough down here in February.

    If I was you, I'd go fish for shad a time or 2 in the river and wait for spring!:cool2:

    Its amazing they are still biting... Sharks are gone... DEEP.

    Had a great winter with the trout and big reds. Its been fun.
