Help with Slip bobbers

    I'm not sure how to rig a slip bobber. Can someone either give me the link on here to find it (cause i'm sure its on here somewhere) or just explain to me how to do it. And please, if you explain it to me, explain it like i'm a 5 year old:big_smile: thanks guys.

    Welcome to Boc.. setup here starts at a slipknot tied on the mainline and goes down from there.

    slip knot- 1/8"bead- 1/4" bead- 8" weighted float- 1/4" bead- 1/4oz steel- 1/4" bead- 90# swivel- 14-18" mono leader- #7-#9 Gamakatsu Octopus and a fat gill stuck just behind center of dorsal 1/2" down, set at 4' in 4 1/2 -5' water= BIG FLATHEAD.

    I rig my this way. I start with a stop knot, a bead, a 4'' or 5'' float, a swivel, a leader, and a hook. I use about three or four spilt shot under the float. about 2 or 3 size.

    I use the Everlasting Slip Bobber so I don't need to use the bead. Highly recommended.
