I'm heading out friday to Monticello to try and catch a few cats. I haven't fished for wintertime blues before so this will be my frist attempt. I plan on using the same techniques I use in the summertime unless there is something else that I need to do. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I haven't fished monticello since August but did fairly good then. In any case, I will give an update when I return.
