hdfatboy29 sent me his chili recipe the other day. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems like a simple yet satisfying meal for a busy day. (I have his permission to post this, thanks Brian .)

2 jars (16-oz. each) medium Pace picante sauce
2 cans (40-oz. each) Brooks mild chili beans
1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into smaller chunks

Add all this to crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours and it will be ready.
The meat will cook with the juices of all the other ingredients and be tender.
Not too spicy, and a little tangy. Try it once, you'll enjoy.
You can add your extras to it as you like.
