Has anyone ever caught a flathead in Keowee? I haven't i just wanted to know if they were in there for sure. I have heard people catch them, but I want to hear it for some other people.

I caught one about 10 years ago fishing a bass tourny. Caught it on a blue/chartreuse #8 gold willow leaf spinner bait in about 6 ft of water beside a huge stump in the cove behind what used to be upstate marine.

Hmmmm..... That's wild. Thankyou for letting me know. I thought they were in there. I guess that there not very populated though. Or maybe I just get confused with bullheads and small faltheads.

Well do you guys just think they are in heavily wooded waters? Or could they be in the open water with the blues?
