Has anyone here had the pleasure of fishing either of these 2 rivers. I work in a county that has both of them running through it, just wanted to try my luck.

I fished the Guadalupe a few years ago and did not catch anything.

I usually fish Cibolo Creek. If you can find a deeper spot, or a spot right after or before some rapids you can do pretty good catching channels from 1-2 pounds. I have only caught larger channels on trotlines.

I Have Caught Some Big Yellow Or Flat Head Cat Fish On Limblines On Large Rio Grande Perch And Gills. Be Sure You Use Stout Line And Limb Because They Will Tear It Up. "hook 'em Horns"
