I like to grill peaches. Here is a simple way to do it. brown sugar cinnamon melted butter Cut peaches in half, (you can peel if you want, I leave the skin on mine), remove pit. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together (food blender works good for this), add cinnamon to taste. Dip peach in melted butter, then into the brown sugar/cinammon mixture. Place 1/2 face down on grill. I use a very low heat, and when the peach begans to get soft, they are done.
