Green Valley fishing report

    I spent Saturday night 5/24-5/25 at Green Valley state park and fished with the guys next to my brother's campsite all night. I caught a bullhead with a nightcrawler, but they caught a mess of channel cats using bluegills - cut and whole. Between their poles and jugs, they caught around 20 - 25 cats from six pounds and smaller.
    The DNR is planning to restock the lake and has relaxed fishing regulations. Details can be found here:

    We did some more catfishing again using livers and night crawlers, and caught a half a dozen two pounders in a few hours.
