An autistic boy, a senior in high school, gets to play basketball the last 4 minutes of the last game. Coach put him in so he could play for the team at least one time. Jason missed his first shot badly. They gave the ball to him again, and he made a 3-pointer. He then made 5 more 3-pointers, finished the game with 20 points and a record 6 3-pointers...all in 4 minutes of playing time.

    Way to go J-Mac!!

Thats great! It is nice when you hear of someone other that the "Star" players getting all the credit for a change. Made the kids day and gave him hope where it had not been before & besides that it opened up a lot of eyes to the fact that because someone is "challenged" does not mean they can not contribute to society!!

I seen this on CBS this afternoon on the halftime show of Indiana-Michigan St.

You shouldve seen the crowd go nuts when he was making those 3-pointers. They rushed the floor when he hit his last 3pointer at the buzzer. Good story.
