Hit the river last night with Curtis (Cathunter24). The night started out slow and stressful, with a ton of boat traffic, tough river conditions, it made things tough. But things quickly turned around when we changed tactics. Water temp was right below 79, and current about .5mph. Once we got settled in, and zeroed in on what we wanted to do, things got a whole lot better. Ended up catching 17 fish in all, well over 200lbs of fish. Big fish was a 34lb blue, another blue right around 25, a couple that were right at 20, a bunch in the teens, and a few little dinks. Was nice to get back on the fish again, the past 2 weeks had been really bad, but tonight made up for it. Nothing huge, but still some good solid fish. Most of the fish were blues, we did manage a 15lb flathead, and a 12lb channel before we got on the blues. Here are some pics of some of the fish..
